The 2024 benchmarking of innovation procurement policy frameworks across Europe are now available

The European Innovation Procurement Observatory has benchmarked both the national policy frameworks and the national investments on innovation procurement across 30 countries (27 EU Member States, Norway, Switzerland and the UK). 

Find out if your country has an action plan, target, incentives for public buyers and a competence centre for innovation procurement. Check out the first results of the 2024 Europe wide benchmarking of national policy frameworks for innovation procurement. Country profiles of all 30 benchmarked countries are now available. Learn about the progress that your country has made since the previous 2020 benchmarking and how it performs compared to other countries. 

The second set of country profiles that benchmark the national investments in innovation procurement are currently being finalised and are expected to be available beginning October.
