The MLE aims to help Member States and Associated Countries to improve their policies and public support for knowledge uptake and deployment, putting the focus on skills, intersectoral cooperation and incentive systems.

The objective is to make this publication widely spread to raise awareness on the Code of practice and to foster its uptake by the broadest possible range of R&I actors.
