The ambitious research and innovation programme will boost the scientific, economic and societal impact of EU funding to improve the daily lives of people in Europe and around the world. One of the programme’s main novelties are EU missions to deliver solutions to some of our greatest global challenges. Dr. Lachezar Filchev, Mission Board member for the Horizon Europe mission area on Soil Health and Food will be Commissioner Gabriel’s stage partner. This dialogue is part of the Commission’s efforts to co-create missions and Horizon Europe initiatives with citizens and stakeholders.
