If you are the recipient of an ERC PoC Seal of Excellence, you may also wish to contact the National Contact Point in your host country to enquire about funding opportunities.
Available support at national/regional level
Croatia
The Croatian Ministry of Science, Education and Youth provides funding for high-quality projects that have received the Seal of Excellence certificate under European Research Council Proof of Concept (ERC PoC). This €2.5 million funding is provided through the Digital, Innovation, and Green Technology (DIGIT) Project, which is financed by a World Bank Loan.
Seal of Excellence holders with a host institution based in Croatia are invited to apply for funding under the Synergies program Call. The Call is open until December 31, 2026, or until all available funds are allocated.
