The Mission, launched in 2021, accelerates the deployment of solutions to enhance climate resilience. It supports regions, cities, and local authorities in preparing for risks like heatwaves, floods, and droughts.

This catalogue brings together key information on each of the 65 projects – highlighting their objectives, achievements, the climate risks they address, and the local and regional authorities involved.

Three years into the Mission, it continues to serve as a pivotal driver of climate adaptation action, uniting 400 regional and local authorities across Europe. They contribute as signatories of the Mission Charter or by participating in innovative projects under the Mission framework.
