The Global Summit brings together representatives from National Ethics and Bioethics Committees and other advisory bodies from countries all over the world for an event of seminal strategic importance, representing a unique opportunity to foster international debate and to build consensus on priority issues of global interest in the fields of Bioethics.
On 15 September 2022, the European Group on Ethics in Science and New Technologies (EGE) will introduce the Global Summit’s Plenary Session II on Access to Innovation: The Way Forward.
On 16 September 2022, Barbara Prainsack - Chair of the EGE, will make a presentation on "How can crises be managed well – and how can ethics help" during the Parallel Session on Bioethics and Society - the value of public debate.
