The Group discussed the follow-up and dissemination of the EGE work, particularly in the context of AI Ethics governance.
With several distinguished speakers, the EGE started a series of hearings for its upcoming Opinion on Gene Editing. These hearings focused particularly on precautiousness principle and potential risks and benefits of gene editing technologies.
The Group had a brief discussion on working methods for the Opinion on Gene editing.
