Scientific Advice to European Policy in a Complex World

Guidelines for good scientific advice under conditions of complexity and uncertainty.

About the topic

Among others, the process must be transparent, advisors' impartial, advice based on comprehensive evidence, and developed in dialogue with policy makers.
