Bioeconomy Youth Ambassadors

The role of the Youth Ambassadors

The EU Bioeconomy Youth Ambassador programme gives Europe’s next generation a voice in shaping a sustainable future. 15 young changemakers from across the EU will spend two years (2025-2027) informing and inspiring their peers, engaging local communities and collaborating with decision-makers to highlight the bioeconomy’s relevance in our daily life.

As Ambassadors, they will support the deployment of the EU Bioeconomy Strategy and ensure the bioeconomy takes root across Europe, driving the green transition and inspiring future generations.

Bioeconomy Youth Ambassadors are supported by the Commission, but they act independently. If you wish to invite them to take part in your activities, you can contact bioeconomyouthambassadorsatgopa [dot] eu (bioeconomyouthambassadors[at]gopa[dot]eu)
