Europe’s research community gains new opportunities as the EOSC Federation is about to connect key research organisations across Europe.

Today, at the European AI in Science Summit in Copenhagen Executive Vice-President Henna Virkkunen and Commissioner Ekaterina Zaharieva launched the pilot of RAISE – the Resource for Artificial Intelligence Science in Europe.

Senior officials fromi the African Union (AU) and European Union (EU) Member States to review progress and define priorities for future cooperation.

The two sides took the opportunity to discuss the implementation of the Horizon Europe Association Agreement, including measures to enhance the participation and success rate of Armenian entities through a more effective use of funding opportunities available under Horizon Europe.

The meeting brought together Member State representatives and key stakeholders to review progress and set priorities for future collaboration.

By joining forces with these potential founding investors, the Commission moves ahead on the EU Startup and Scaleup Strategy aimed at building a dynamic and competitive startup and scaleup ecosystem across Europe.

Research and innovation news alert: For the first time, the Commissioner pledged to embed research security into law, including it in the Commission’s forthcoming European Research Area Act proposal.

With the running title of “Enabling that step forward”, the Innovation Fair aimed to be a “non-regular event”, showcasing promising transformative solutions from across these regions and supporting their scale up, by facilitating collaborations and matchmaking.
