First informal exploratory talk meeting for association of Morocco to Horizon Europe

The meeting was opened by Deputy Director-General and Chief Negotiator for Horizon Europe Association Ms Signe Ratso and co-chaired by Ms Anne HAGLUND-MORRISSEY, Deputy Head of Unit of unit 05, DG R&I. On behalf of Morocco the meeting was co-chaired by Mr. Anass BENNANI, Chief Negotiator for Horizon Europe Association, and Director of Cooperation and Partnership at the Department of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the Ministry of National Education, Professional Training, Higher Education and Scientific Research or Morocco.

Representatives of the EU Delegation to Morocco and of the External Action Service attended the meeting.
