€14.35 million to 287 innovative companies

287 innovative companies from 31 countries have been selected - from a total of 3,299 applications - to receive a €50,000 grant to develop their business plans. The companies will also avail of coaching and business acceleration services.

Spain (48), Italy (30) and Switzerland (28) have the highest number of successful applications. Most companies selected for funding are in the field of either information and communication technology (ICT), health and engineering. This is the last round of SME Instrument Phase 1 funding allocations. The EIC Accelerator builds on the SME Instrument Phase II with grants (from €0.5m to €2.5m), or blended finance (grants and equity) options. Find out more.
