Commission is looking for experts to support the monitoring of EU Missions

On 7 October the European Commission published a call for experts to assist in the development and deployment of a framework for monitoring EU missions.

The work of the expert group will help to track the implementation of EU missions at the EU, national, regional, and local levels. It will also help to monitor the measures implemented to support EU Missions, including policy interventions, governance approaches, deployment actions and involvement of end-users.

The expert group will have up to 9 independent top experts. 

Requirements

Experts shall demonstrate knowledge and experience with EU Missions, in research and innovation policy analysis, performance measurement of research and innovation programmes, monitoring and reporting mechanisms of the EU framework programmes. They should also demonstrate a good understanding of the priority-setting, implementation and monitoring of national policies and initiatives, as well as analysis of national data, governance and support mechanisms.
