11 Seal of Excellence grantees awarded Spanish national funding

The Centre for Technological Development and Innovation (CDTI) has published the definitive grant resolution for the Seal of Excellence 2025 call, allocating a total of €21,958,453 in subsidies to 11 innovative Spanish projects. These grants are aimed at projects distinguished with the Seal of Excellence from the European Innovation Council Accelerator and are jointly funded by the European Regional Development Fund under the Spanish Multiregional Programme 2021-2027.

Among the selected projects are high-potential initiatives in fields such as pharmaceutical 3D printing, biobanking solutions, novel medical devices, sustainable production technologies, and advanced biotechnology development. This substantial boost underscores the commitment of CDTI, Spain, and the European Union to research, innovation, and technology transfer in response to current challenges in crucial areas such as health, sustainability, and industrial competitiveness.
