The theme of the dialogue will be attracting and retaining research talent in Europe.
The event will bring together a mix of participants from associations and organisations directly engaged in attracting and retaining talent, representing both private and public sector.
The two key topics will be:
- Making Europe the destination of choice for research talent
- Preparing research careers for the future economy and society
Background
Implementation Dialogues are a consultation tool at the political level launched in the spring of 2025.
The main purpose is to strengthen and boost European competitiveness by seeking feedback from stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of EU policies and the simplification of EU rules and spending programs.
This is the 3rd dialogue held by Commissioner Zaharieva.
