The Big Science Business Forum, postponed to October 2022, will hold three webinars this autumn to discuss the future of Big Science infrastructures.
The objective of this miniseries is to present what the future might bring in terms of new facilities, experiments or upgrades of Big Science RIs and what challenges lie ahead of us.
Representatives from different Big Science facilities will lay out their research and development plans and future projects, providing industry a picture of their technology needs and opportunities for collaboration that will drive the Big Science market in the decades to come. The dates are the following:
- 6 October, 9:30-12:00 CET: Astronomy and astrophysics
- 11 November, 9:30-12:00 CET: Fusion
- 30 November, 9:30-12:00 CET: High-energy accelerators and synchrotrons
