On behalf of the organisations representing childhood cancer parents, patients, survivors, healthcare professionals, and academia the in collaboration with the MEPs Against Cancer (MAC) interest group at the European Parliament, you are warmly invited to register and attend an online policy event to mark Gold September.
This virtual event seeks to connect stakeholders and decision-makers to recognise the efforts and support of EU policymakers championing childhood cancer issues and to raise awareness of the achievements and future opportunities.
This year's event will focus on maximising the impact of childhood cancer actions outlined in Europe's Beating Cancer Plan and highlighting the importance of a synergistic approach with EU research programmes to achieve a transformational change for these young patients: 'Cure More, Cure Better, and Reduce Inequalities for Children and Adolescents with Cancer across Europe'.
The event will take place online on 30 September 2021 between 12:00 - 13:30 CEST.
Spaces are limited, please ensure you register in advance.
Should you have any questions regarding the event, please do not hesitate to contact the SIOPE Secretariat at: officesiope [dot] eu (office[at]siope[dot]eu)
