Description
It will be an opportunity to exchange experience and learn about the revised Commission Recommendation on SSbD chemicals and materials and concrete showcase from Horizon Europe projects.
Participants will discuss the role that the SSbD approach can play in facilitating industrial transformation and what the opportunities and challenges are in supporting a wider uptake at national and regional level.
The conference will also kick-start the Commission’s work on EU Innovation and Substitution Hubs announced in the Chemical Industry Action Plan that will help companies, especially SMEs, including for developing, testing and scaling up SSbD innovations.
The revision of the European Commission Recommendation on SSbD chemicals and materials is to be adopted mid-February. As soon as it is adopted you will find it here.
The event will take place in Brussels with options for remote participation, ensuring accessibility for participants from all over Europe.
