Join the live demonstrations of the INGENIOUS Toolkit and the discussions on how evolving technologies can enhance emergency responses!

The INGENIOUS Consortium invites you to the 1st Full Scale Exercise (1st FSX) and the 1st International Workshop on the “Tools for the First Responder of the Future” of the EU funded project INGENIOUS, where various technologies developed for the First Responders will be demonstrated and an open dialogue among experts in the field of Crisis Management and Security will take place. The FSX will take place in France, Villejust on Wednesday 25 May 2022, while the International Workshop one day before on Tuesday 24 May 2022 in hybrid format.

The INGENIOUS 1st Full Scale Exercise
The 1st Full Scale Exercise (FSX) of the INGENIOUS project will demonstrate how the various tools and components of the INGENIOUS Next Generation Integrated Toolkit (NGIT) are integrated and used in combination to achieve an effective emergency response in a real scenario environment. The 2nd Prototype of the NGIT will be stressed in a large earthquake scenario near shore with cascading effects, e.g. destroyed/collapsed buildings, comms failure etc. New knowledge will be created to enhance the development of the 3rd Prototype of the NGIT which will be the final solution of the project.

The INGENIOUS 1st International Workshop on the “Tools for the First Responder of the Future”
During The 1st International Workshop entitled “Tools for the First Responder of the Future”, prominent speakers from industry and First Responder Agencies, both internal and external to the INGENIOUS consortium, as well as key experts from other European projects will present the latest technologies developed for the First Responder of the Future. Participants will discuss how evolving technologies can enhance emergency responses, improving and ensuring the safety of first responders. Challenges and considerations in Disaster Research and Response will be identified, while gaps and special needs of the First Responders will be analysed.
