The dissemination event will present the final conclusions of the Policy Support Facility (PSF) Mutual Learning Exercise on Research Careers.
The MLE took place as of June 2024 in the context of action 4 of the ERA Policy Agenda 2022-24 and involved 16 Member States. It allowed the exchange of good practices in relation to the implementation of the Council Recommendation of 18 December 2023 on a European framework to attract and retain research, innovation, and entrepreneurial talents in Europe, including the new European Charter for Researchers.
The dissemination event will be the opportunity to learn about recommendations and examples that can drive reforms at national level to improve the attractiveness of research careers.
